Comerica Park is more than a baseball stadium to Macey & Wayne. It is also the first place where they laid eyes on each other. Macey and Wayne were another cute couple introduced to me by Mouazam. Their interest and value in photography excited me as a photographer. I keep telling my friends that it takes a lot of trust to document a wedding. I have heard mixed results about people making the wrong choices when it comes to their wedding photography. Unlike an engagement session, there is no redo and as photographers no two weddings are alike. I am glad Macey and Wayne trusted my work, and I enjoyed documenting their beautiful day.

Macey and Wayne were very cooperative and did not have any objections to my requests. Wayne is an easy going guy, and we had a good time on our mini drive to the Fox theatre in Detroit. Macey’s dress and the details at the wedding hall were beautiful.  As a non family member, I could tell that everyone had a good time at their wedding.  I wish them both all the success as they start their lives together and hope these pictures will always rekindle precious moments from the wedding day.

Macey & Wayne’s wedding wraps up this year’s wedding season. I had a great time, learned something new and now look forward to what the next year may bring. Thanks to Mouazam for being the other photographer at their wedding. Please check out Mouazam’s site for their engagement session.

By now you must be thinking if I will ever be done with Nisha + Rav’s post. Well I promise you guys this is the last post from their fabulous wedding festivities. I have shared their Mehndi, Sangeet and finally now the Kacha ceremony. Kacha ceremony is a Kerala tradition that takes place after marriage. Consider it as a formal welcome to the groom’s family and its celebrated by the closest members of the family 🙂 If you are interested to learn more about this occasion, just head over to wikipedia and you will find better explanations that I can provide. Once again Nisha + Rav looked stunning with their coordinated outfits and looked like a Maharaja & Maharani 🙂 Weddings are a time of joy and sadness especially for the bride as she has to leave her family to join the groom’s family. Even though its not a complete cut off there is still a sense of separation and you can see that clearly below. Overall their wedding was splendid and I wish them both the very best in their married life 🙂 Thanks again for letting me capture your pre wed festivities 🙂

Make sure to check out their slideshow and always let me know your comments if you got one 🙂 Head over to my facebook page or google plus if you like to tag or share the post. Btw, let me know if you guys need a google plus invite.
